EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:

1. Color Difference: We understand that there may be a 10-15% color difference due to screen resolution and lighting. Therefore, exchanges or returns will not be accepted based solely on color differences.

2. Material and Color Preferences: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the customer is dissatisfied with the material or color of the ordered product. We use the highest quality materials, and all relevant product details are provided in the product description. We recommend thoroughly reading the details before placing an order.

3. Change of Mind: Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for reasons related to a change of mind after placing the order.

EXCHANGE DUE TO SIZE ISSUES:

- Please refer to the size chart on each product page before confirming your order.

- If unsure about your size, contact us for assistance before placing your order.

- If you encounter size issues upon receiving the product, email us at kuldeepdurryudgyog@gmail.com within 2 days, mentioning your order number and the problem faced.

- Size exchanges depend on availability and incur an additional INR 200 per item for logistics expenses. No size exchanges are facilitated for sale items.

EXCHANGE DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

- In the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us at kuldeepdurryudgyog@gmail.com within 2 days with details, product images, and an order opening video for verification.

- Our team will verify the request, and if approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement. If the same product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit of the same amount, valid for 30 days.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

- Please note that orders received from overseas are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
